Small architecture and interior design firm with hospitality / commercial and renovation projects is seeking an architect.

The applicant must be a self-motivated team player with eight to ten years of experience in commercial / hospitality and renovation projects. Excellent organization, management and communication (verbal and written) skills are highly desirable.

Must be able to take a project through all phases from concept design through construction administration, including performing code checks and accessibility conformance reviews.

The candidate must have working knowledge of computer applications required in an architectural office, including CAD / Revit.

Strong technical documentation skills are also desirable.
