We are looking for an Architect to help deliver some exciting office projects across London and the UK. The majority are medium sized and have a contract value of £2M to £10M. The vacancy is an opportunity to join a developing team and have real input on some of these great projects.

A successful candidate must be:

- UK registered architect with 5 years UK post part 3 experience.
- Vectorworks proficient.
- Hard working, committed and ambitious.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience of delivering detailed design stage packages on a number of medium scale (£2M to £10M.
- Capable of working on a number of projects simultaneously.

Applicants should enjoy working in a fast-paced yet informal studio atmosphere and should be able to handle multiple projects at once. This is a great opportunity for individuals that welcome responsibility and are looking to develop their professional skills and experience.

Typical responsibilities include:

- Field verification of existing conditions.
- 3D model creation.
- Conceptual and schematic design.
- Construction and permit documents.
- Finish material selection, coordination and specifications.
- Design, selection and coordination of furniture, fixtures and equipment.
- Coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Construction administration and submittal review.
- Attending team meetings.

The following criteria are required or desired:

- Experience with AutoCAD required.
- Proficiency with Revit required.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud required.
- Proficiency with SketchUp or Rhino required.
- Leed ap is a plus.

Applicsants must have a professional Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited university. Professional registration is a plus.
