We are looking for serious full time or part time candidates who are self-motivated, good collaborators and eager to learn. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years working experience, prior experience with construction documentation, construction administration. A high proficiency in Revit, 3D visualization tools and AutoCAD drafting/documentation. Experience with Grasshopper, parametric modeling a plus.

Boutique design firm seeks Project Architects for high-end retail and commercial projects. Paul Bennett Architects is seeking experienced and highly motivated individuals to be responsible for the presentation, documentation and management of fast paced luxury architecture projects. Typical projects range in scale from 1200-2500 square feet and often include coordination with clients, property owners, lighting consultants, MEP and structural engineers. Comprehensive experience in all phases from design to close-out is required.

As Project Architect you will be responsible for the completeness, accuracy and legibility of design and construction documents. You will communicate design concepts, details, schedules and processes in writing and verbally to design consultants, craftsmen and contractors.

As PBA is a small firm, you will work closely with the firm principal and be exposed to high profile clients, unique projects and well-executed solutions. Our workplace is collaborative and roles may vary per project based on the client and team; but we look for and capitalize on each individual’s strengths and welcome your passion and/or specialization.

Requirements: 5 years minimum experience in similar or Junior Architect position. Autocad, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project.

Bonus: Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino or other 3D programs, Access or other database program.

A candidate with licensure as an architect is desired but not required.
