Fletcher Joseph Associates are currently working on a number of exciting, major, developments and we are looking for an Architect and Architectural Assistant to join our team.

Candidates should be articulate, motivated and enthusiastic, with proven experience and good design and technical skill. Experience in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and SketchUp is required. Experience of, or a willingness to develop proficiency in Revit, is desirable.

Salary is dependent upon experience. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK. Agency applications are not accepted.

Busy, growing, design-oriented architecture studio in Georgetown, DC has opportunities for experienced project architects with 5-10 years’ experience. Applicants should have a passion for all aspects of architecture and sustainable design, planning, and interiors, including design, coordination, construction documentation, and construction administration.

Qualifications include prior experience in design and technical execution of architectural projects, a Bachelors or Masters of Architecture professional degree , excellent design skills, knowledge of or facility with building and zoning codes, experience in construction document preparation, ability to work independently, and demonstrated professionalism. Professional architectural registration and LEED AP are a plus, as is experience with multifamily, hospitality, and senior living. In our studio, you will be expected to enjoy and participate in all phases of each project lifecycle from concept to closeout. We are a team-oriented and collaborative group and seek the same. Our production platform is Revit. Demonstrated proficiency with this platform is strongly preferred; at a minimum, you must show potential to quickly attain a working proficiency with the platform.
