We are seeking a licensed Florida Architect with strong design, presentation and management skills to work in our North Palm Beach office. You will serve as a leader, supervisor and mentor to the staff.

We are an Architectural firm with offices in both Naples & Palm Beach Florida. We have been designing award winning homes for over 25+ years and have clients all over the world.

The ideal candidate will excel at:

- Being an integral part of prospective client meetings, learning and engaging with client to satisfy the needs and obtaining contracts.
- Design - conceiving and developing creative designs for architectural projects.
- Communication - both verbal and written between staff as well as with clients.
- Supervising the work of draft technicians in preparation of construction documents.
- Working with expanded project teams including engineering consultants, general contractors, etc.
- Providing mentorship and guidance.

We do require that you are licensed in the state of Florida, and have a minimum of 5 years experience. Knowledge of the Florida building code is a huge plus. You must be proficient in Autocad.

Job responsibilities:

- Day‐to‐day client contact for major clients in Hong Kong & Macau or the region.
- Team leader responsible for assigning tasks and managing the daily work flow of the project team.
- Assist with business development objectives in Macau and the region.
- Lead collaboration role with US design team.

The successful candidate will have:

- 10+ years relevant experience in the gaming and/or hospitality design field.
- A valid professional license to practice architecture.
- Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
- Excellent graphic skills including the ability to space plan in client workshops.
- Fluency in English.

Additional criteria:

- While not required, previous work experience in Macau & Hong Kong is desirable.
- Relocation to Macau required.
