Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5-10 years' experience with urban design and master planning projects.
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Urban Design and / or Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture.
- Written and verbal proficiency in English.
- Excellent design, visualization and graphic skills.
- Outstanding ability to verbally and graphically communicate design concepts.
- Knowledge of urban planning, zoning and technical issues Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup or Rhino Required.

Esoarc Studio, dedicated to workplace and retail design, is a growing firm with a current staff of 9. Esoarc Studio is searching for an architect with 4 to 8 years of work experience who enjoys the challenges of designing and building new as well as historic interiors. The successful candidate must have, at the very minimum, 4 years of solid construction document experience, a good eye for design, and a strong understanding of building codes, base building structure, and MEP systems.

Every employee is asked to participate in general firm management, marketing, presentations, new staff interviewing and the continuing growth development of the firm.

The candidate must meet the following requirements.

- A bare minimum of 4 years professional experience working on architectural projects. Experience in either workplace or retail/restaurants projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2014, Sketch-up and Photoshop.
- A NCARB certification or in the process being certified.
- Must have own transportation available within 24 hours notice.
