Work won in the residential sector has led to a need to add at least one Project Architect to the practice, focusing on the technical and delivery aspects of likely award winning projects. The successful Project Architect will be taking an elegant and innovative housing project from detailed design through to construction – leading a design team in the process.

To be considered for this role you must be an ARB registered Project Architect, fluent in Revit, have a track record of working on the back end of housing projects and a background of working in top firms.

Minimum requirements:

- Architectural bachelors or masters degree.
- Minimum of 5 years architectural working experience.
- Hands-on expertise in dealing with contractors and site conditions.
- Ability to manage projects and provide construction administration.
- Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects and phases simultaneously.
- Ability to find and apply innovative solutions to unique situations.
- Curious, innovative and detail-oriented.
- Motivated and able to work independently or as the leader of a small team.
- Advanced organizational skills.
- proficient with Vectorworks or ArchiCad, 3-D modeling, MS office programs.
