Found Associates are looking for an Associate Architect for exciting high-end luxury residential and commercial projects. The candidate must have at least 10 years post Part III Architect experience and have an extremely in-depth knowledge of projects from end to end. The right candidate will be design led and will have worked on extraordinary projects like the below such as our Cotswold House, available for reference on our Website.

The following criteria are non negotiable:

- Riba Part lll or ARB Project Architect, with 10 years UK based experience post qualification.
- Must have excellent and proven ability to run complex projects, lead teams, and communicate with clients and third parties.
- Must have demonstratable experience job running high-end residential (single occupancy) projects of over 1 million and at least one new build. Experience must be UK based.
- Must have demonstratable experience in all work stages; be motivated and enthusiastic with good design technical skills.
- Must have excellent spoken English and communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Reporting to the Directors, you will need to be able to work well within a team and show leadership to more junior members of staff.
- You will be heavily involved the design process.
- Produce technical drawings packages and construction detailing.
- Regularly visit site and manage all coordination with third parties.
- Manage relationships with clients and maintain communication at a high standard.
- Assist and advise with other ongoing projects as needed.

Salary & Package:

The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of between £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience. We also offer a competetive pension package and annual performance based bonus scheme.

A Senior Architect with the ambition to become an Associate would be the ideal candidate, working with the company long term.

Established Design / Build Firm is seeking an Architectural Designer / Project Architect with two or more years of professional experience. The ideal candidate is a production oriented individual with a general knowledge and understanding of project development process and construction document production. Must be energetic and creative, have strong communication skills, able to handle multiple tasks and have the ability to thrive in both team and individual work environments. Exposure to commercial, industrial and / or automotive projects is desirable. Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or closely related field is required. Candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD Architecture and Revit. Working knowledge of tools such as 3D Studio Max, Form Z, Photoshop, SketchUp, etc. would be a definite plus.
