The practice has extensive experience working on a diverse body of projects, and is currently working on a varied sector portfolio of Higher Education, Cultural + Civic, Hotels, Residential and Development work.

It’s an exciting time to be part of this friendly team of designers who are looking for an experienced Architect or Interior Architect to join them at Associate level.

The right candidate will have the following combination of skills and experience:

- 8+ years in practice post qualification.
- Ability to lead project teams internally and design teams externally, define and manage key deliverables.
- Excellent design skills.
- Strong experience of managing scope of service, project budgets and profitability.
- Demonstrable, good technical expertise.
- Willingness to represent the Practice at executive level, and to contribute to generating strong client leads and winning new work.

The Associate role will sit on our existing Senior Management team, giving the right person the opportunity to really help shape the future of the business. Candidates should therefore be highly motivated with a strong desire to develop their role within and for the future of the practice.

The architect and staff architect positions require a NAAB accredited bachelor of architecture degree and the ability to use Revit and AutoCad in creating building information models and construction drawings.

Requirements include:

- 2-8 years’ experience in architectural design, documentation and construction administration.
- Professional degree in Architecture required – bachelors or masters.
- Enrollment in IDP with NCARB.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Candidate will be expected to work as part of a team; however, he/she is also expected to be capable of working independently on projects from schematic design through contract documents, and into construction administration.
- Proficiency in Revitand Microsoft Office programs is required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Graphic presentation software and 3D modeling rendering is a plus.
- Candidates must have a B.Arch or M.Arch degree and submit a cover letter, 3 references and an electronic portfolio of the candidates work.
