We are looking for a qualified Architect with minimum 3 years good quality experience in the residential sector to join our happy band in our Croydon Office. We use AutoCAD and MS Office software suites in which you would be expected to be fully conversant.

Our residential projects range from single houses through to large flatted developments of 50 or more units but we also work in many other sectors, which our web site highlights.

Suitable candidates will have good communication and presentation skills, excellent design ability and a sound knowledge of the building regulations. Knowledge of the planning process including a working understanding of; the London Plan, Lifetime Homes, CIL, section 106 and sustainability issues and their impact on the design process will be important although someone demonstrating they have the right enquiring mind and thorough work ethic to come up to speed quickly will be considered equally.
