Challenging building types are the focus of our collaborative practice: higher educational facilities for science, research laboratories and healthcare facilities of all types. We are currently looking for an Interior Designer to support our interior and architectural teams primarily in the design of healthcare, laboratory, and research facilities. In this position, the Interior Designer will be responsible for:

- Generating finish selections.
- Creating finish presentations boards.
- Coordinating vendor visits.
- Researching products for furniture and finish options.

To be considered for the position, candidates must have the following qualifications:

- A minimum of two (2) year of experience in a professional interior/architectural design firm.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design from an accredited school.
- Computer expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup.

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

- Strong design skills in all phases of design and production .
- Ability to develop concepts for furnishings and generates or assists in furniture specifications package.
- Demonstrated proficiency in space planning, contract documents (including detailing and specifications), and FF&E.
- Must be organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated.
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple deliverables and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Illustrator and Photoshop.

The product designer

- Contribute and drive the brands consumer electronics range for the global market.
- Plan and execute design projects based on given briefs and schedules.
- Leading Project Development, and bring fresh and innovative ideas at each phase of design development.
- Ideation and concept development, produce stories and prototypes for new product design.
- Attend meetings to convey design concepts and communicate with other parties for execution.
- Working across other incorporated brands within the group to implement design identity characteristics for different markets. Ensure the ‘look and feel’ of the design solutions satisfy the identity guidelines.
- Ensure the results satisfy the given briefs in aspects of form, aesthetics, physical and interfaces between users and products.
- CMF. Determine appropriate materials, mechanism, construction, colour, surface finishes.

About the product designer

- Experienced in designing products for the consumer markets, ideally electronics, audio and lifestyle.
- Experiences taking ideas from concept through to manufacture.
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or Product Design.
- Appropriate experiences in corporate design centre or consultancy.
- Must demonstrate creative innovative approach and hands-on competency to design.
- Ability to work and communicate with other design and business functions.
