Position requirements:

- At least 2-4 year of professional experience in an Architecture or Design firm.
- Bachelors' Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, 3D studio, Rhino and Microsoft Office.
- Retail experience is a plus.

Spivak Architects is a collaborative design studio located in NoMad with a wide range of project types, residential, hospitality and commercial, from renovation and new construction to urban design. The firm is currently seeking a Intermediate Architect (2-3 plus years).

Requirements:

- Strong design sense and technical construction ability.
- Extensive experience producing drawing sets (all phases).
- Proficiency with Autodesk Design Suite (AutoCad) and Adobe CS Suite.
- 3D modeling with Revit required (other 3d experience, such as Rhino, 3ds Max, CATIA a plus).
- Self-motivation and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Good organization and communications skills.
- Knowledge of construction detailing.
