Must have 7 years plus Hospitality design experience, Revit proficient, able to complete full sets of SD, DD & CD's.

Snarkitecture is seeking qualified applicants for a senior designer position. We are looking for an exceptionally talented and professional individual with a commitment and passion for art, design and architecture.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional architectural experience, including in small to medium scale projects.
- Retail experience is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of CAD drafting, preparing construction documents, 3D modeling and rendering.
- Ability to create presentations and confidence communicating concepts and ideas within the studio and to clients, consultants and contractors.
- Leading, guiding and directing design teams in implementing design concepts of the practice.
- Ability to manage one’s own time and work within given deadlines to create sophisticated deliverables.
- Research building code requirements and coordinate with code / permit consultants.
- Visit project sites during various states of construction and assist with construction administration.
- Superior organization and communications skills.
- Excellent design and visualization skills.
- Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino/Vray and Adobe Creative Suite.
