We are looking for a talented Part II/ newly qualified architect to join our Manchester studio to work on projects across all sectors. Successful candi­dates will have excellent communication, design and technical skills and be highly motivated to create good architecture. You should have ideally 2 years’ experience working in a UK architectural practice with a proven record of delivering high quality design through all Riba Stages. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is preferred.

Seven architecture was established in 2006 and has steadily expanded to now employ 18 professional staff across 4 design studios in Manchester, Harrogate, London and Caernarfon.

The practice has built a reputation for well-considered design work, within both public and private sectors and offers specialist expertise in Heritage work through our seven renew team, and passivehaus and sustainability expertise through our team at zero-e.

We do not seek to impose ideas and concepts, but work in collaboration with others to create genuinely bespoke and appropriate solutions. We work across a wide range of projects, from small works to urban master-plans, from feasibility studies to on-site construction works.

Scale, type or location, however, does not dictate a project's importance to us. Rather we actively seek commissions which offer us an intellectual challenge, and clients who are passionate about making a difference to their environment.

We are currently seeking a Junior Level Architectural Designer to join its team in the planning and design of complex technical buildings such as research, healthcare and laboratory facilities from design through construction.

Candidates must have the following qualifications to be considered for the position:

- Bachelor of Architecture degree or a Master of Architecture degree.
- Professional experience in an architectural firm.

Other position qualifications include:

- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with various levels of individuals including clients, consultants, and architects.
- Outstanding physical model building skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, collaborate on large teams and work well under deadlines.
- Experience with Revit and / or Rhino.
