A project architect to manage a cultural centre currently live on site in North London. The role will require knowledge of construction and tender packages, as well as oversight of specification. In addition the role will require business development skills including presentations to clients /consultants, forming teams and coordinating bids. Salary Neg

Post Part 2 / 3 with 3 years of experience.

With excellent 3d modelling, BIM, design and presentation skills. Salary Neg.

Payette is currently seeking an Architect/Designer with strong healthcare experience to join its architectural team in the design of major complex technical healthcare facilities from design through construction.

Candidates must have the following qualifications to be considered for the position:

- Bachelor of Architecture degree or a Master of Architecture degree.
- At least five years of experience in healthcare facility design and renovation.
- Computer expertise in Revit.

Other position qualifications include:

- Strong design and graphics skills.
- Knowledge of space programming, contract documents (including detailing, specifications, production management, design production), and contract administration.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with various levels of individuals including clients, consultants, and architects.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, collaborate on large teams and work well under deadlines.
- Registration and Leed accreditation is a plus.
