Job description

Create visual presentations for client and project team Assist St. Designer with follow-up/track on action items Assist in the production of bid documents for ongoing projects.

Requirement

- B.Arch, M.Arch preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit and Sketch Up.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Capacity for working on several projects at once.
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Ability to work with physical models.

Quartet Architecture is a small but solid practice with a strong focus on design and service to our clients. Due to an expanding work load we are looking for an enthusiastic project architect with 2 years post part III experience to join our practice. The position would suit an ambitious person who wants to further their career with opportunities to progress to associate level.

Applicants should be able to demonstrable design and communication skills with a proven track record.

The position requires:

- 2 years UK experience post part III, experience must be demonstrated.
- Excellent design and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, orally and written.
- Experience in negotiating planning applications, especially with Listed Buildings and those within Conservation Areas.
- Experience in UK based contract administration with proven job running experience.
- Experience in high end, one off residential refurbishment and new build.
- Experience using Archicad or a willingness to learn a new CAD/BIM system.
- A full UK driving licence.

The successful candidate will be practical, self motivated be able to work individually or lead a small team, friendly and efficient.
