Knowledge & Experience

- Minimum of 4 years experience in the role of an Interior Designer, with extensive creative competence and significant workspace and office design experience (gained within London market would be advantageous).
- Excellent knowledge of space planning, finishes and furniture.
- Broad-based knowledge and expertise in bringing creative ideas from conceptual development through to construction detail and implementation.
- Extensive drawing knowledge and expertise in all project phases.
- Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive organisational, priority-setting and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong detail and efficiency orientation.

Language & Computing Skills

- Fluent English language skills (oral and written).
- German language skills not a must, but highly advantageous.
- Excellent computing skills, including 3D programs (Studio Max, Rhino, Revit), Sketch Up, Vector Works (AutoCad may be considered), Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, MsOffice.

Award winning boutique architecture firm is seeking talented architectural designers for a lead designer role with 3-5 years experience for immediate hire. Candidates should exhibit excellent design and graphic skills, and should be comfortable in taking on design responsibilities in a fast paced, competitive environment. We are looking for innovative, ambitious, and self-motivated architects / designers who can contribute and grow with our team.

Projects include residential and hospitality projects in New York, California and the Middle East, mixed-use developments in Dubai, as well as marketing and publication projects.

Position requirements:

- Professional Degree in Architecture.
- Legal status in US if non-US citizen (H1B, or Permanent Resident).
- Applicants must be currently in New York Area.
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
- Knowledge and Experience in design and graphic representation must be demonstrated in application materials and prior work experience.
- Technical skills should include AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Suite Products. Revit experience is preferred.
- Licensure in New York State is not required.
