Experienced Part-II or Part-III Architect for busy design led studio. Shoreditch, London, United Kingdom. Douglas and King are a design led architectural practice based in Shoreditch. The core focus of the practice is London-based and our current portfolio includes residential, mixed use and commercial projects.

Our current workload involves projects at all stages including several due for construction in 2016/17. We are looking for an experienced Part-II or Part-III architect who is UK-based with a sound knowledge of UK building regulations and a strong knowledge of ArchiCAD, Adobe and all relevant design/desktop software.

You would be working as a member of a lively team within a creative studio environment where professional development is valued and practised within the day-to-day design process.

Experience must include:

- Excellent design ability and technical knowledge.
- Proven ability to liaise with consultant teams and contractors.
- Ability to translate design concepts into design solutions.
- Produce packages of drawings and specifications for tender/construction.
- Ability to produce high quality presentations.

Cornelsen+Seelinger is looking for a Junior Architect in their office in Darmstadt / Germany. The job entails working on all phases of design development as a member of our interdisciplinary design team.

M.A Architect + internship and / or work experience in an architectural office are required. We offer an individual training for starters.

Personal skills

The perfect candidate is open minded, well-organized and structured, communicative and has the capacity for good teamwork. He / She has experience in VectorWorks 2D/3D and SketchUp, knowledge of common business and presentation software and is keen on designing good architecture.

Language skills

German (level C2) or German (level B2) and an additional language (level C2) of either: English, French, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish.
