- Solid contracts and project administration experience.
- Project management and building code skills.
- Field supervision experience.

We are involved in a range of work, mostly single-family residential, and including new buildings. We are looking for an individual with exceptional design skills, strong 3D skills, and experience in residential design. A minimum of three years professional experience is required. Candidate must be interested and experienced in the production of the highest quality drawings. The firm and the candidate share a commitment to design excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Collaborative sensibility, for design team and client interaction.
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments concurrently.
- Vectorworks expertise desirable.
- Experience using 3-D modeling software.
- Work examples that demonstrate strong design sensibility.
- Excellent English language communication skills.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
