Responsibilities include: Being fully involved in design, construction documents and specs, construction supervision, FF&E sourcing and order; 3D renderings, etc.

Must be qualified to work in U.S., currently residing in NYC and prepared to start immediately.

We are keen to hear from committed, design motivated and technical architects who will have a minimum of 5 and preferably 7 years post qualification experience. The successful candidate should have demonstrable experience of working within an architectural setting and be capable of successfully managing design development programmes efficiently to meet deadlines and demonstrate a proven track record in the ability to manage £5-7 million projects with limited supervision to a high level of design excellence over a range of project types.

The successful candidate will be able to write and compile stage reports to a high standard, demonstrate an ability to manage a project team and be proficient in Revit (received certified training), Photoshop and ideally Sketchup.

The candidate should also be able to develop good working relationships with clients, contractors and the wider project team. Managing the relationships with them and coordinating their input to deliver coordinated and integrated projects to deadlines.

Candidates for the above position should be permanently resident within a thirty five mile radius of the Samlesbury office and have their own car.
