A globally renowned, interdisciplinary practice has a position available for a Senior or Lead Architect with excellent design & technical skills coupled with proven project & team management experience to take a stronghold on prominent public sector projects that includes new builds, extensions, refurbishments and remodels with project values of £500,000 to £10,000000.

You will be responsible for developing projects from feasibility through all stages to site operations.

As a valued member of the collective, you will work in conjunction with interdisciplinary project teams to deliver projects to the highest standard. Those with central government project experience will place themselves in an advantageous position.

All projects are delivered in BIM; therefore, all candidates are asked to demonstrate Revit proficiency.

A strong understanding of modern, antique and contemporary furnishings, custom fabrication, project and construction management, excellent presentation skills and the ability to prioritize is essential.

Job requirements

- Highly proficient in AutoCAD – including architectural detailing and custom furniture design.
- Understanding of Design Manager or a similar purchasing system.
- Knowledge of Rhino a plus.
- Minimum of five years of professional working experience in NYC high-end interior design.
- Professional degree in Interior Design or related field.
