Qualified Architect (ARB) required to join a dynamic growing architectural practice in West London. Our projects are high profile, including hospitality, mixed use, high end residential, offices & small scale healthcare facilities, generally located within Central London, the Middle East & Africa.

We would like to add an ambitious, enthusiastic Architect to our team. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years experience, relevant to fulfil the leadership role in the design & development of a leisure focused mixed use development in West Africa. Candidates need to have appropriate technical skills associated with large building projects and be able to work to exacting deadlines. You need to be willing to travel abroad when required and have proven experience in leading a small team and managing a large project through to completion. Applicants must be fully conversant in AutoCAD and experience in hospitality & residential projects would be advantageous.Opportunity for career progression to associate level & above.

- Focus on technical planning and execution of projects from inception through completion.
- Prepare construction documents, develop technical solutions and work directly with clients and consultants.
- Experience with design implementation and coordination, and contract document detailing with exterior systems.
- Coordinate the specification component of contract documents and how it interrelates with the construction process.
- Prepare presentation materials such as drawings and models. Present ideas and solutions to clients through well-developed presentation skills.
- Participate in client presentations and/or meetings.
- Must have five or more years of architectural experience, working with multi-disciplinary teams on relevant, large-scale, technical projects. Experience with one of Flad's market segments preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of construction standards, documentation and detailing practices required, extensive experience with exteriors preferred.
- Professional degree in architecture and registration required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required.
- Leed ap preferred.
