Marble Fairbanks is seeking an Intermediate Design Architect with 4-6 years of experience to join our office. Candidates should be interested in working on all phases of projects from design through construction administration with a commitment to the highest standards in design and construction. Current work includes a range of academic, institutional and residential projects.
- Experience managing project teams from schematic design through construction.
- Experience in modeling and managing projects in Revit with consultants also using Revit.
- Experience as lead design architect working directly with stakeholders.
- Strong grasp of building code, zoning, energy code, ADA and other regulatory requirements.
- Experience in sustainable design projects, LEED accreditation preferred.
- Professional degree required; registered architect preferred.
- Authorized to work in the US.

Our workload is growing and we are looking for Part III Architects with good technical knowledge and Part II Architectural Assistants to join our team taking projects from concept stage though to development and construction.
You must have a desire to advance your career, have excellent visualization and presentation skills. Candidates should also have excellent design and technical skills with a very good understanding of and experience in construction methods and materials.
Our Surrey office is located in Betchworth near Reigate and the M25 with a diverse mix of clients based locally, in London and further afield, which means a driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. You should live within commuting distance.
Immediate availability is desirable.
