Project Architect – work on multi-family team, specializing in highrise projects.
Job description:
- Interact with colleagues and outside consultants.
- Maintain project budgets, lead vendor inquiries. Resourceful.
- Develop details from concept designs.
- Prepare documents, schedules and specifications.
- Understand how to read and interpret building codes.
- Able to work in various design styles, according to what is appropriate for the project and the client’s budget and profile.
- Promote excellence and ingenuity in design.
- Integrate and coordinate various disciplines into the design and document process.
- Maintain quality control.
Requirements:
- Architecture Degree.
- Experience in multi-family architecture.
- Strong CAD skills.
- Occasional Domestic travel may be required

Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Architecture.
- On-site experience.
- 8 years+ of experience.
- Good communication skills, consultant coordination and team spirit.
- Experience in construction and construction detailing.
- Strong inclination to problem solving and design, with the ability to handle the issues that come up on site independently.
- AutoCAD and Adobe Suite skills (experience with Revit is an asset).
- Fluency in written and spoken English and preferably Danish.
- Proactive and confident in a complex and international environment.
- Knowledge of OMA’s work.
