Award winning New York City firm specializing in high-end homes seeks project team member with professional architecture degree and a minimum of 5 years years experience.

Intermediate Architectural Designer is responsible for all aspects of projects, either on their own, or under the guidance of a Project Manager. Abilities include design development, project management, drawing coordination, scheduling, shop drawing review and more.

Interested individuals should have experience in residential architecture and experience producing coordinated construction documents. Individual should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be highly organized. A familiarity with VectorWorks is advantageous, but we will train the right candidate.

All candidates should have legal work status in the United States and should have current or imminent residency in the New York City Metropolitan region.
