We are seeking a Project Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional/working experience to join our team.

Qualifications:

- Professional Degree in Architecture.
- Min. of 3 years of professional experience with projects of all phases.
- Proficiency in producing construction documents and details.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and ability to lead.
- Design background in residential design preferred (new development and interior renovation).
- Proficiency in CAD, Office Suite (Knowledge in Adobe Suite, Revit, Sketchup, or Rhino/3DS Max a plus).

We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Designer; the ideal candidate should have:

- 10+ years of experience.
- High level of technical expertise in detailing and construction documentation.
- Experience creating and coordinating multiple construction documentation sets.
- Construction Administration experience on multiple projects.
- Thorough knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Extensive experience coordinating with all consultants (i.e. structural, mep, civil, etc).
