Senior Technical Architect
08/08/2014My Client is a leading, multi-disciplined Architectural Consultancy with studio’s in the Middle East and Asia.
Due to increased demand for their services and several large project wins, they are currently looking for a number of senior level Architectural professionals to join the team in Dubai.
This celebrated and highly successful firm with an excellent portfolio of completed projects need a very experienced professional Senior Technical Architect.
The ideal candidate will be at a senior level in their current consultancy and looking for a hands on senior level role with an established, stable and internationally expanding firm.
Skills and experience required:
- You will have experience working on site and in the studio.
- You will be representing the architectural division and must be prepared to be 'the face of the company' at industry events, client meetings, etc.
- You must be prepared to travel within the region and internationally when needed.
- You must have great technical direction skills, people management skills and project running experience. You will be fronting projects and getting fully involved in all technical aspects to ensure successful project delivery.
- You will be working alongside the Senior Partner of the Architecture Division sharing their duties and responsibilities. They are very busy at the moment, expanding internationally and the rest of the management team are also very hands on.
- You will have experience working on large mixed-use residential developments, retail and hotel / resort projects.
My client are looking for a confident, ambitious, charismatic and hard working architectural professional who wants to make a name for themselves and help shape the future of the Architectural Division.
The salary on offer is around 50,000 AED per month (negotiable and depending on experience)

Junior Architect

Entry Level Position: Temporay position that may lead to Full-time employement.
We are currently looking for a Junior level architect:
- 0-3 years of experience in all project phases.
- ARE candidate.
- Strong design and presentation skills, and experience with Construction Documents. The ideal candidate has prior experience with maintaining website.
- Experience in Revit, Rhino, and Photoshop are advantageous.
- Must own transportation.
- US resident only(has work permit).

- Cost sharing for ARE study materials/Testing cost for ARE candidate.
