WASA/Studio A, a dynamic, fully integrated, 60 person collaboration of Architects, Preservation Architects, Engineers, and Interior Designers located in the Village is seeking creative and technically strong architects to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience, be equally comfortable hand sketching as well as working with 3D modeling software and Adobe Suite presentation programs. Preferred personal qualities include being highly collaborative, creative, positive in disposition, and self-motivated. Experience working on medium to large scale multifamily and higher education projects is desirable.
Responsibilities include working with Partners on design, assisting Project Managers in developing scopes, participating in project meetings with staff, clients and consultants, and developing and coordinating the design and documentation with consultants.
Candidates must have a professional architectural degree, experience working in REVIT, and be a U.S. citizen or have legal documentation to work in the U.S. Architectural registration and LEED accreditation are a plus.

We are currently seeking an experienced, creative Jr. Architectural Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support Job Captains, Project Managers and Designers with development of design drawings, contract documents and details for highly detailed custom restaurant/hospitality projects.
- Assist with the coordination of consultant drawings and technical information.
- Help with producing presentation graphics.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited design or architectural school.
- 4 years minimum experience working in a design or architecture firm.
- Must have excellent pc-based AutoCAD proficiency (x-refs and layer manager functions).
- Sketchup, Photoshop and Indesign experience all desirable.
- Knowledge of interior design practices, preferably in hospitality.
- Proof of 3-D competency and conceptual rendering ability (please specify the programs you are proficient in).
- Experience with the production of all phases of documents from Concept Design through Contract Documents.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
