The primary duties of the Junior Architect will be to provide project participation in all phases of design including Concept, Design Development, Construction Documents with emphasis on demonstrated Construction Administration experience. The candidate will be expected to understand and develop aspects of working drawings and details. The following is required of the candidate:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (professional degree only).
- 3+ years of experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD with Bentley Microstation and BIM project experience (Bentley Architecture and/or Revit) a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Suite and Rendering Programs such as 3D Max and Rhino are preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred project experience includes: K-12 schools, higher-ed and design of large scale public projects (transit stations and convention centers). Experience and interest in sustainable design / documentation / LEED strongly encouraged, with applicable certifications preferred.

Key day-to-day tasks of the Hospitality & Residential Interior Designer include:

- This role will involve running jobs from concept to completion, originating ideas, whilst also being able to produce neat drawing packages to translate them into reality.
- Developing and preparing scheme designs.
- Producing delivery packages, construction drawings and tender packs.
- Delivering projects onto site.

Key attributes of the Hospitality & Residential Interior Designer include:

- The ideal candidate will have around 4 years experience, working on hospitality and residential projects.
- Have the ability to mentor junior team members. - Previous job running experience.
- High Level of AutoCAD.
