We have an immediate position available for a full-time Part III Architect with a minimum of 5-7 years professional experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a determined and ambitious individual to gain responsibility within a rapidly expanding practice. The position will involve work on a variety of projects from high end London residential projects to high profile international wayfinding projects.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have an outstanding portfolio of professional design experience.
- Have a minimum of five years professional experience.
- Have UK project running experience and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Have excellent software skills: AutoCAD, Rhino, 3D Studio Max, VRay, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Have significant technical knowledge and experience in architectural detailing and compiling drawing packages.
- Be conscientious, organised and have meticulous attention to detail.
- Take initiative, be responsible and a be good time-manager.
- Work comfortably within a team and quickly under pressure.
- Be available to interview in London, to begin work immediately in London and have the relevant working permits for the UK.

We are currently seeking for a Senior Architect to join our Singapore office. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of architecture background and multi-tasking skills to work on multiple projects.

Job responsibilities include:

- Develop and carry out a project plan and schedule for each project.
- Lead a group of designers for various portions of project design from conceptual to design development phases.
- Coordinate work with consultants on documentation.
- Assist in supervising project document and quality control.
- Lead a team to assure continuity and consistency of design documentation.

Background and skill requirement:

- A degree in Architecture.
- 8 to 10 years of project experience of various portion of project design.
- Experience leading a team of designers.
- Experience in hospitality design is preferred.
- General knowledge of architectural design, programming, site planning, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical engineering, and construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3d modelling software.
- Proven knowledge of programming, site planning, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Strong multi-tasking skills in a startup environment.
