- Architectural: shop-drawings, technical design and research development.
- Construction Management: in-construction projects:: review of Archt plans & schedule work scope, estimating project trades & material/product research, site visits during construction.
- Office Administrative: library organization, website updates, marketing (web blog articles, google add words, facebook, SEO web, etc), office procedures.

We have a growing and interesting workload with current projects ranging from minor Listed Building conversions, to £7m new build facilities. Given the nature of our clients, the majority have challenging historic sites that require high quality, sensitive design solutions.
We are looking for an outstanding architect with at least four years post qualification experience. They will be strong in technical detailing and comfortable with JCT contract administration, with solid experience of independently running smaller jobs through all RIBA Work Stages.
Experience of using REVIT will be an advantage as will a bias towards traditional rather than D&B procurement.
