Energetic architect (& project manager) is sought to join Des Moines studio. Strong design ability is key. Teaming skills are desired, yet an ability to be a strong design leader with a low-ego approach is appreciated. Projects involve site, landscape, architecture & building, interiors, crafts, art, design-build systems, and responsive construction administration. An open minded project approach is desirable in a busy studio setting. Willingness and ability to draw by hand to communicate design is rewarded
