One of New York's Midsize pestigious Architectural firms, specializing in hi-rise residential projects seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect; with 3-5 year experience and at least 2 residential projects. This position requires excellent technical/AutoCAD and communication skills.

Candidate must have the following qualities:

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must have excellent CAD drafting skills.
- Must have excellent knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Must have knowledge of NYC Code and Zoning regulations.
- Ability to solve problems and act as a liaison between clients and company.

Job responsabilities include buyt are not limited to:

- Space planning.
- Construction document production and detailing.
- Construction Administration.
- FPP, Comdo plans, tax lot drawings and BPP plans.
- As-built documentation and working drawings.
- Meeting with clients/vendors.
- Candidate must be capable of contributing to all phases of design.

Working with the Managing Director, we require an architect to carry out initial surveys and completed drawings for numerous loft conversions across the south west.

Main duties involve meeting clients, planning applications, preparing drawings for building regulations, lawful certificate, 3d visuals, working with structural engineers, problem solving on site, meeting potential clients. 100% of our work is domestic based so good communication skill are essential. It is also important to be able to work within time frames and deadlines.
