NO Architecture is seeking an up-and-coming Project Designer / Architect Intern for full-time or part-time employment. NO Architecture is a full-service architecture and interior design company. Our current and potential projects include retail, hospitality, creative workspace, and ground up residential. We are seeking talented design-oriented individuals that meet the following criteria:

- 2-3+ years of experience.
- Excellent ability to communicate graphically and in person.
- Must have the ability to work (and design) independently and proactively.
- Proficiency in Revit (primary), AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
- Salary is commensurate with experience.

NO projects are primarily collaborative projects with like minded clients, designers and builders. NO Architecture’s work is defined not by preconceptions, but by a true sense of open collaboration. It is the default position of a blank sheet of paper. NO is empty, null, zero, limitless.

Savvy is working with an integrated Architecture Studio in the search for a Senior Architect to join their thriving team in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. With a strong focus in hospitality and mixed development projects, our client is renowned for their conceptual work. We are looking for talented, top caliber candidates with the enthusiasm to work with innovative and inspirational design minds to refine vertical landscapes.

You must have:

- 6-8 years of experience in Architectural projects and experience in handling complex projects like Resorts, hotels and residential.
- Have a Bachelor or Masters degree in Architecture.
- Strong conceptual thinkers who have a rigorous attention to detail and managed small teams of 2-3 designers prior to this.
- Excellent communicator, driven and have strong design thinking.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit & Sketchup.

Job scope:

- Work with Directors to lead the project team in schematic, construction drawings to site management. Develop highly conceptual design ideas into memorable lifestyle experience.
- Liaise effectively with consultants and clients to handle projects in a timely schedule.
- Be able to resolve site issues when design is in conflict with site construction.
