Applicants must have a minimum of 6-8 years professional experience working on high end projects, including cultural facility design, museum projects, and custom residential work. Experience with contemporary, modern, and vernacular design vocabularies, concrete, steel and wood frame construction, and modern detailing preferred and related experience in hospitality and resort projects would be a plus. This position requires a highly motivated, organized, and hard-working individual that is both design and detail oriented, fluent in Autocad, REVIT, Sketchup, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, has good communication skills, and strong design and working drawing experience.

iD Group is a design oriented, design-build practice that mainly specializes in high-end residential projects, with some boutique commercial work. Our multi-disciplinary approach allows us to engage in all parts of the process – from architecture and managing the construction, through interior design, furniture design, and landscape. Candidate requirements:
- BArch or MArch degree from an Accredited Architecture program.
- Minimum 5 years experience in an architectural office, especially with high-end residential projects. Experience with design-build is a plus.
- Ability to work within multi-disciplinary team providing support in the design, coordination, detail, and presentation of projects.
- Must possess strong communication, presentation, graphics, and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Participation in all phases of the project – from concept to Construction Documents.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and 3D Rendering (VRay).
- Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
- Must be able to work legally in the U.S.
- Immediate availability.
