The Office of James Burnett is a leading landscape architectural design firm practicing internationally from offices in Texas, California and Massachusetts. A recipient of numerous design awards, our work includes the design of urban parks, academic institutions, healthcare campuses, workplace environments, and landscape master plans for private and public clients in the United States and abroad.

OJB is currently accepting applications from mid-level Architects, Landscape Architects and designers with 4-7 years of experience. Experience should include demonstrated success in project delivery and construction. Positions are immediately available in our Houston office.

Responsibilities may include:

- Preparation, coordination and completion of construction document packages.
- Development of creative technical solutions to complex design problems.
- Leading the coordination of design and engineering sub-consultants.
- Development of project specifications.
- Evaluation and selection of materials and products.
- Support contract administration efforts by senior staff.
- Traveling to project meetings and job site as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor or Master of Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
- Employment history in a fast-paced, design-driven studio environment.
- Experience working with project teams to produce bid documents for complex projects.
- Demonstrated technical skills, an attention to detail and problem solving ability.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and MS Office.
- Familiarity with VectorWorks, Revit Architecture and/or Rhinoceros is a plus.
- Professional licensure preferred but not required.

TEN Arquitectos' New York office is seeking motivated professionals with 1-4 years of post-graduation (BArch) experience to join our studio. Qualified candidates will have strong design conceptualization skills, excellent visual communication skills, and proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3Ds Max. Candidates will be highly motivated problem solvers who have the ability to work collaboratively in a studio setting. Candidates should exhibit a familiarity with working and contract drawing sets.
