This position is currently available in our New York office. We are looking for an ambitious, talented and self-motivated individual to join the Hart Howerton team on a 6 month contract basis. The individual will be detailing and documenting mixed-use hospitality projects at multiple scales in the US and abroad.

The Project Architect will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, to provide Revit expertise as part of a project team. Responsible for managing Revit production of designs and working drawings while coordinating necessary personnel and firm resources. Maintain relationships with project team members and organize a work flow.

This position requires excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills for working within a multi-disciplinary design team environment. An ability to work at a variety of project scales from concept to detail design. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in Revit, and work experience applying these skills in a design office.

The successful candidate will have a professional degree in Architecture. Professional Registration is a plus. 8+ years of architecture experience including 5+ years of Revit experience.
