Experienced Architectural Technologist or Technical Architect required to join our small busy team in Levens, near Kendal to work on a variety of interesting projects including retail stores, conservation projects, private residential schemes.

Must be self motivated with very good communication skills, excellent technical knowledge and experience of running demanding commercial projects with Contract values up to £5m. Experience of working in the North West of England is essential.

Must have auto cad experience. Must also be willing to get involved in all aspects of a variety of projects ranging from small domestic to commercial schemes.

Interest in BIM, Conservation, Landscape design, Passive House and sustainable design an advantage.
