The position:
- You will be expected to manage all aspects of the design process-from schematic design to client meetings to construction documentation and CA.
- May work independently with Principals or collaborates with a Project Designer for the design of the project.
- Lead in coordination with consultants and design team.
- Mentor junior staffs.
We are looking for the following:
- Licensed Architect.
- Strong design, communication and management skills.
- Must be extremely proficient at Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, all Adobe Suite and have substantial rendering experience as well as strong graphic design skills.
- Ideally 4-5 years of work experience in an architecture firm.
- Experience assembling Construction Document sets.
- Ability to multitask.

One of the leading and growing architecture and design practises in the Far East, requires a Workplace Designer to work in their Thailand studio. They are looking for a designer has proven ability in Workplace projects from design concepts and is exceptional at interpreting an initial client brief.
We have a new position for an exceptional Workplace Designer. This exciting role includes responsibility for developing the overall design from concept to hand over for a variety of wokplace projects on a global scale.
To be considered as a Workplace Designer, you will need to be fluent in English, presentable and confident with clients. At least 5 – 7 years experience of working in this sector is required with a portfolio of high quality corporate office interior projects to prove it. Your strength in concept design is also essential along with very good organisational skills, be proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop.
