We are seeking a designer with 4-5+ years of residential design and construction experience. Candidates should be team oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work on several projects at the same time. Project experience with a strong emphasis in residential and modern design is preferred. Knowledge of and experience with sustainable design is a plus.

- The daily design of projects.
- Executing drawings from schematic phase through construction documentation.
- Coordination of consultant drawings with architectural and factory drawings.
- Communication with clients and consultants.

Job requirements:

- Basic knowledge of residential building and zoning codes and construction documentation.
- High proficiency in Revit, including specifically office/project experience.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with team members, clients and consultants.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and work well within a team taking direction from senior staff.
- Be good at reviewing their own work for corrections and complete tasks on or ahead of time.
- Experience with design and construction of factory-built structures.
- Working knowledge of sustainable construction.

We are an international property development and construction company located in London.

Currently we are looking for a design professional in the position of "Architect" for company’s design works. This is a full time position.

You will be working as a member of our local and international team to design 3 to 15 storied residential complexes including floor lay out, architectural elevation and construction drawings. Your scope of work will cover the entire design portfolio of the company projects including collaborative works with other design providers like Electrical, Plumbing, Structural and Landscape. You will be located in London with primary involvements in design works of projects in London as well as international. This role will require international travel.

We expect you to have 4 to 7 years of design experience as an Architect with proven track record of design works done as a member of a design team. We expect you to have experience in being involved in residential or commercial design development from conceptual to design drawings. Some international design level experience, would be a plus.

Your qualification & skill requirements:

- Qualified architect.
- Interior design skill will be an added advantage.
- Design flair.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent skills in Revit and AutoCAD with sound working skills using 3D Max, Sketchup and Maya. Familiarity with Corel Draw, Illustrator and Photoshop would be plus.
- Visual presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
