Senior Technical Architect

The firm is based in Philadelphia, PA and its projects can be found in over 10 states and the District of Columbia.
We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect to assume the leadership role of technical services responsible for Specifications, QA/QC and mentoring.
PDP offers highly competitive compensation and benefits with significant growth opportunities.
The position requires travel, given the geographic diversity of the firm’s work.

- Professional degree.
- Registration is highly desirable.
- Commitment, specialized knowledge and / or formal training in historic preservation.

Project Architect
01/08/2014Leone Design Studio is an architect led design/build studio in Brooklyn, NY whose work includes a range of residential and commercial spaces and buildings. We are seeking an intelligent, capable and organized individual.
Candidates must posses the following qualifications:
- B Arch or M Arch degree from an accredited school.
- 3-5 years work experience in an architecture firm (preferably some of this time in New York City).
- Must currently be able to legally work in the U.S.
- Good design sense, excellent communication skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks are essential.
- Working knowledge of Vectorworks.
- 3D modeling and rendering abilities would be extremely helpful.
- Start working in early September 2014.
