They are looking for a designer has proven ability in Workplace projects from design concepts and is exceptional at interpreting an initial client brief.

We have a new position for an exceptional Workplace Designer. This exciting role includes responsibility for developing the overall design from concept to hand over for a variety of wokplace projects on a global scale.

To be considered as a Workplace Designer, you will need to be fluent in English, presentable and confident with clients. At least 5 – 7 years experience of working in this sector is required with a portfolio of high quality corporate office interior projects to prove it. Your strength in concept design is also essential along with very good organisational skills, be proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop.

Form Architecture is a high end residential design firm looking for a creative, independent, professional, and personable Junior Architect. The position allows for great exposure to a wide range of residential design, drafting, and site visits throughout the duration. If you are open to something new each day, and can multitask while prioritizing, then this will be a great fit.

Duties will focus on 3D rendering, and will include:

- Coordinate and produce design presentation and construction documents.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modeling and rendering programs (required).
- Familiarity with all phases of design and construction process from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
- Experience working with vendors and contractors, review shop drawings and oversee construction.
- Research and selection of architectural products, systems, finishes and equipment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members.
- Knowledge of interior design and able to assist with installation.

Qualifications:

- 3D skills.
- Strong AutoCAD Proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
