Applicants will have proven experience of running excellent quality packages and delivering beautifully crafted projects from concept through to completion.
- Minimum 2 years post RIBA Part 3.
- Proficiency in Autocad essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors and the other members of the professional team both verbally and in writing.
- Experience using NBS an advantage.
Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent all round design and presentation skills, sound technical ability and proven track record in construction level detailing.

Pond is currently seeking an Intern Architect to join our Architecture Group, located in our Jacksonville, FL office. We are always looking for intellectually savvy and responsive individuals to join our award-winning, growth-oriented firm. Applicants should have a strong technical knowledge in designing buildings for academic institutions and Federal/DOD clients. Knowledge of Revit/BIM & NewForma is required for this position.
1-5 years related experience in a consulting environment, with a focus on Federal/DOD and Higher Education clients. Individuals with the desire to become a Registered Architect will be strongly considered. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with people, and strong presentation skills.
Additional experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- LEED AP, or experience in LEED-based design, a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, MS Office.
