Marmol Radziner is a design-build practice established in 1989 and led by architects. We offer a range of services including architectural, interior, landscape and furniture design, as well as construction. This multi-disciplinary approach offers a cohesive design solution to our clients. Applicants should have a degree in architecture from an accredited college, 3-5 years of working experience in schematic design through construction document phases, consultant coordination and proficiency in AutoCAD. Proficiency with 3D modeling programs, 3Ds Max rendering, Adobe Creative Suite programs and Revit is a plus. Salary is based on experience and abilities.

Currently, nonzeroarchitecture is seeking highly qualified candidates for a project designer/inytern architect position. Applicants must be motivated self-starters, have some experience with construction documents and detailing, and have advanced drafting, modeling and presentation skills.

Minimum requirements:

- Architectural bachelors or masters degree.
- Minimum of 2 years architectural working experience.
- Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Motivated and able to work efficiently directly with the principal or as part of a team.
- Proficient with Vectorworks ArchiCAD and Sketchup, Photoshop, MS office. - Experienced and proficient in model building/3D printing.
