Responsibilities include research of project specific components, code analysis, production of construction documents (plans and specifications), coordinating with subs/consulting engineer teams, assisting with responses to Request for Information and other correspondence, and other tasks in support of project development. Projects types include: Educational, Healthcare, and various commercial projects located across the state of South Carolina. Candidates should be self-motivated and looking for expanding responsibility.

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited architectural program.
- 2-5 year(s) experience in an architecture firm.
- Currently enrolled in/recently completed the NCARB Intern Development Program.
- LEED Accredited Professional Preferred.
- Experience working in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Core knowledge on detailing and how to put a set of construction documents together.
- Must be able to perform work related travel and have a valid driver’s license.
