They are experiencing a huge increase in workload and therefore need either a technically oriented Architect or an Architectural Technician to join their design team based in beautiful Paphos! Their workload consists of UK based residential developments ranging from 9 to 24 unit blocks of apartments. They are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual who possesses extensive experience working on small to medium size UK based residential developments. You will be totally AutoCAD literate and be experienced in working on pre-planning, planning and detailed design stages as you will be playing a leading role in the production of major drawing packages.

The role is urgent and they are looking for this lucky individual to start in April/May time so the ability to relocate at fairly short notice would definitely be advantageous.

Redtop Architects is seeking a junior architect with a minimum of one year of experience to work in our office on a range of residential and institutional projects.

Job description:

- Working with partners on design of detail-oriented projects.
- Working on teams for larger multi-family and institutional projects.
- Involvement in all phases of the design/documentation/construction phases.
- Physical and computer 3D modeling and rendering.

Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in recent versions of AutoCAD, computer modeling and rendering across multiple software platforms, adobe suite programs.
- Professional Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time with excellent organizational and communications skills.
- Candidates must be a US citizen or hold a current US work visa that is valid for a minimum of one year.
