Massim Design Studio is an architectural and interior design office specializing in residential projects in New York City and beyond. The design office has capabilities in architectural, interior and furniture design. We work closely with clients from site selection through occupancy. Our current work includes a range of residential projects consisting of Brooklyn townhouse renovations and additions, Manhattan coop and condo renovations, and single family houses outside of New York City. Qualifications:

- A strong desire to become an integral part of a small and growing design office.
- 3-5 years of work experience in residential architecture with work experience in all phases of a project, from Pre-design through Construction Administration. Must understand drawing conventions, be technically accurate, and have the ability to research and solve design problems. Must understand how to assemble a drawing set for construction.
- On site construction administration experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of NYC building and zoning codes and requirements.
- Fluency in Sketchup, Autocad, Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Comfort and facility with hand drawing/sketching and preparing visual presentations.
- Dedication to a highly organized project, process, final product and working environment.
- BArch or March or equivalent from an accredited school. Fluency in English and the Imperial System.
- Authorized to work in the US without employee sponsorship.

OMA’s Hong Kong Office has an immediate need for Architects on all levels (Senior Architects, Mid-level Architects, and Junior Architects) that can work independently and are able to guide and coach other professionals. This position is based in the OMA office in Hong Kong.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English, any other Asian language will be asset.
- Professional degree in Architecture, Masterplanning, Design or in a relevant field.
- Experience in internationally renowned offices, preferably with a strong knowledge in Asian and Australasian market.
- Strong conceptual and design talent.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in early design phases such as concept and schematic design.
- Excellent knowledge and experience on large scale projects.
- Strong AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino, and Adobe Suite skills (experience with Revit is an asset).
- Knowledge of OMA’s work.
- Confidence in working in a complex and international environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
