Carmen Lenzi Architect (CLA) is looking for an intermediate level Project Manager with 3 to 8 years experience to join their growing team. Our small-sized energetic firm offers great growth potential for motivated individuals looking to take on higher responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have experience in the design, detailing, and management of architectural projects in a wide range of scales and programs, although CLA's focus is currently on high-end residential and commercial renovation work.
Primary responsibilities:
- Work closely with team to plan, organize, and execute project tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency of documents for entire projects.
- Build and maintain working relationships with clients and consultants.
- Communicate solutions effectively.
- Manage all aspects of project's demands from specifications, orders, construction administration, drawing, model making, filing/permitting, etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Bachelor's degree (BArch/MArch preferred).
- Excellent creative problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in collaborative, open environment.
- Knowledge of Vectorworks/AutoCAD.
Compensation is relative to experience and ability.
