Headquartered in New York with office in Shanghai, Archilier Architecture is an international design firm serving a wide range of clients, focused on hospitality, retail, mixed-use developments and other commercial projects. We are seeking a Senior Designer to work in our New York office.

Main responsibilities:

- Manage design process for entire project; leads/directs the work of other designers and technical staff.
- All aspects of conceptual design including space planning, specification of finish, materials.

Qualifications:

- 8 to 10+ years of experience in hospitality, retail architectural and mixed use projects.
- Exceptional design and conceptualization skills.
- Understanding of hotel / retail operation such as Back of House and Front of House functions for planning purposes.
- Excellent presentation and people skills and ability to lead a design team.
- Leed ap and Revit a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Suite, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Stanley Bragg Architects Ltd are a highly respected practice, based in the heart of historical Colchester, specialising in retail, commercial, education and high end residential projects.

We require a talented and enthusiastic architect with a minimum five years post Part III experience, with sound knowledge of UK building regulations and UK planning.

The role requires confidence in handling a varied portfolio of projects. The successful candidate will be working closely, and independently with clients and developers, and should also have proven job running experience from initial client contact to project completion.

The candidate will ideally have knowledge of Revit and Microstation.
