Multi-award winning luxury tree house design and construction consultancy based on the East Sussex/Kent border is looking for a creative and talented individual to join our in-house design team. The successful applicant will assist the design team on the production of a wide range of projects including master plans, concept designs, sales and stage presentations, graphic design work for promotional material and print media to communicate both technical and aesthetic information to our clients, planning departments and construction teams, along with interior design specification and procurement.

Key skills:

- Highly proficient in the use of AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max/Maya or equivalent modelling software package.
- Experienced in using Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator.
- Understanding of architectural principles and an interest in sustainable design.
- Proven experience of working on projects up to £500,000 in value.
- The ability to work on multiple projects managing your time effectively, often under pressure, ensuring deadlines are met.
- At least Part 1 RIBA qualified or Interior Design / Architectural Design Qualification to Degree Level.

The successful applicant will possess exceptional creativity, hand drawing and sketching ability, a high standard of draftsmanship and the ability to work well both with the design team and independently. These qualities should be reflected in a strong portfolio demonstrating both innovation and creativity.

- Is responsible for delivering Creative Graphic Design and final artwork for all marketing collaterals.
- Must have a well-developed graphic eye to keep a visual consistency throughout all the communication.
- Should be notably attentive to esthetics and details.
- Must be able to present and to sell in a graphic concept to a client single-handedly.
- Must be able to communicate creative directions precisely and to-the-point, in words and/or visuals.
- Must be proactive, and support the making and implementation of solutions that can lift the workflow and quality.
- Must have a cheerful and lively personality.

Minimum requirements:

- Must have relevant graphic education and Minimum 3 years work experience from an advertising agency or similar creative space.
- Must be an expert in all applications within the Adobe CS package (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Must have high proficiency in English, reading & writing.
- Must be able to implement an overall creative idea/direction and turn your ideas into reality on different media and platforms.
